About

I am a disAbled woman, lesbian, multimedia artist, writer and lifelong activist living in British Columbia Canada. I have made it my life’s mission to reQueer disAbility.  I live with an acquired progressive disAbility and simply wanted to share my unique perspective on getting through everyday life.  Living with any disAbility presents with it’s own challenges, mine are often viewed with a skewed lens toward the absurd.

What you will see on my Blog are my own lived experiences and musings on being who I am out in a world that is replete with barriers be they physical or attitudinal in society.  What you won’t see will be an apology for being who I am. There is* no safety net. Hang on tight, as I live my life at full speed! ( as long as my batteries hold out).
